Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Inspired and we will always work with you to ensure that your experience of our service is positive. Our furniture is of a high quality but, like everything, requires to be cared for appropriately to ensure longevity. We include guidance notes in your Inspired Purchase Pack outlining your responsibilities in looking after your purchase. Please ensure that you adhere to this guidance. When your purchases are delivered we expect you to examine the goods closely and identify any issues to our delivery staff. If you are completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase you will be asked to sign off our delivery sheet.
The sunshine in Spain can be extremely damaging to furniture. At the point of purchase our sales team will recommend you buy a cover to protect your furniture from sun damage. Please follow the advice offered, failure to do so can be costly to you!
You have a statutory guarantee for two years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of you finding a fault with your goods we would ask you to contact us in the first instance to inform us of the issue. We will ask you to photograph the item and take close up shots of the issue for our consideration. We will contact you as soon as possible thereafter to discuss our proposal to resolve the problem.
You will be treated with respect and consideration at all times and every effort will be made to find a mutually satisfactory solution. However we must remind you that we will always take into account any signs of misuse or failure to maintain or care for the item appropriately.
